The duo worked hard to grow the business from a single room in a shop in Leeds to a nationwide service, with four main offices. The North East Armstrong Priestley office in South Shields, Newcastle, opened its doors in 2016. The office was relocated within the area in 2019.

About Newcastle Upon Tyne
Newcastle began as Pons Aelius (Hadrian’s Bridge); a Roman fort on the River Tyne at one end of the Hadrian’s Wall frontier. In 1080, Robert Curthose, son of William the Conqueror, built a castle on the site, from which Newcastle derives its name. The 11th century motte and bailey structure was later replaced with a stone keep in the 12th century.
