Industrial Fire Sprinkler System, Newcastle

Industrial fire sprinkler systems are designed predominantly for storage facilities and warehouses. This could be a simple mezzanine extension, or a huge, automated distribution centre. The sprinkler system will need a suitable pump and tanked water supply to be fitted as part of the design.

Commercial fire sprinkler systems can be tailored to the fire safety regulations specific to your business. Some examples of clients in this sector include: food production and other production facilities, office blocks and hotels. A full pumped water supply is usually necessary, however, in the case of an OH1 risk level, a town’s main solution has been undertaken in the past.

About Newcastle upon Tyne

Newcastle is a metropolitan borough in North East England, located 8.5 miles from the North Sea. The city originates from a Roman settlement known as Pons Aelius, or Hadrian’s Bridge.

Newcastle derives its name from the castle built by William the Conqueror’s eldest son, Robert Curthose, in 1080. Curthose built his castle on the site of the old Roman fort for its superb defensive position over the River Tyne.

Newcastle Gateshead Quayside is famous for its series of impressive bridges, including Tyne Bridge; the first road/rail bridge in the world, Robert Stephenson’s High Level Bridge; the Swing Bridge; and the tilting Millenium Bridge. Each is innovative in its own right.
