Providing a sprinkler system to Sports Direct & Flannels

Approx. 1000 sprinklers providing protection to 2 Levels of a Multi-Zoned retail unit in Milton Keynes.

Exposed protection to retail unit sales floor Void & Ceiling protection to back of house offices and fitting rooms. Trace Heating & Lagging provided to unheated lift lobbies in Car Park.

What we did

Working for a repeat client, we were engaged to design, fabricate and install the OH3 sprinkler protection to this 2 Story, 4 Zoned Shop Unit.

We also protected unheated lift lobbies from the car park, providing Trace Heating and Lagging to this pipework.

The pipework was a mix of red oxide for the Sports Direct store and Matt Black for the Flannels, this was sprayed to the client spec in our in-house spray booth.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our Leeds office only. However, our Maidstone, South Shields and Manchester offices all operate in accordance with the same Quality Management System.
