New 1,000,000 sq ft automated warehouse facility.
Major warehouse installations encompassing roof systems, 5 x tier mezzanine floors, office, hub offices, link bridge to existing site encompassing 29,167 spks, in-rack sprinklers to FM 8-34 automated racking (63,520 spks), in-rack sprinkler to 5 x tier automated bagging system and 57 x wet installation control valves, all alarm wired to bespoke alarm panels at each valve manifold of which there are 7. Water supplies comprise pre-packaged containerised pump house with 2x diesel and 1 x electric fire pumps drawing water from 2 x full capacity tanks. Underground fire ring main inclusive of 14 x types 2 hydrants and a link main to existing water supplies on adjacent warehouse.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our Leeds office only. However, our Maidstone, South Shields and Manchester offices all operate in accordance with the same Quality Management System.
