Project Overview

We were awarded the job to provide high expansion foam and sprinkler protection systems to a range of multi use aircraft hangers.

What we did

Install High Expansion foam system to 4 x hangers (40 generators and 4 x foam tanks) complete with roof level sprinkler systems (1,188 spks), sprinklers to support adimin and stores buildings (682 spks), Fire ring main including 8 x pillar hydrants, 18 x in-line isolation valves and 10 x wet installation control valves. Water supplies comprise 3 x half duty diesel fire pumps and 2 x half capacity tanks.

Armstrong Priestley maintains LPCB Level 4 Certification for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler systems and FIRAS Certification for Residential and Domestic fire sprinkler systems. This allows us to certificate all of our work whatever the size or complexity of the project and ensures that our clients only receive the best advice and compliant systems every time.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our Leeds office only. However, our Maidstone, South Shields and Manchester offices all operate in accordance with the same Quality Management System.
